How do I return my order?

·        Enter your details in the Returns hub

·        Select your return method (a printer may be required).

·        You will receive emails to keep you updated.

What's your returns policy?

We operate a free returns policy for orders made directly through Boden. If you return an item in its original condition within 45-days of dispatch, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item. If you return an item in its original condition over 45-days of dispatch, we’ll give you account credit in the amount you paid for the item.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Your refund will be adjusted according to any offer or discount applied to your order.

The following are non-refundable:

· Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed

· Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken

· Face covering products, if the packaging has been opened

How long will my refund take to process?

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.

How do I return a gift that I have received?

If you have received a gift from Boden that’s not your cup of tea, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further. Just so you know, we will need to keep the ‘gift giver’ informed.
